COACHING

We deliver coaching sessions to individuals or groups and sessions are tailored around the needs of the business. This is in terms of whether they need to be delivered remotely, face to face or a hybrid. They are also flexible in terms of duration, geographic location and work patterns.

Our coaching is focused through a four-stage process which at the core has a baseline diagnostic. In all sessions, the objective is to help the business and their leaders focus on their key deliverables or business objectives, whilst helping the coachee develop to be the best version of themselves.



We understand the impact stakeholder engagement has; and how a clear programme understanding impacts on the overall success. For this reason, we always launch the programme with our well proven structured approach.

The second stage is the baseline diagnostic in which several evaluation and insight exercises are completed. We refer to this as the “holding up the mirror moment”.

It provides the coachee with three key reference points which will be used as part of the coaching process.

Stage three is a feedback session with the coachee using the baseline diagnostic information. In this session we focus on how:

The coachee is performing in their role against the key business drivers and competencies.

Areas of their mindset that might be holding them back

They might interact and communicate with the wider team and others



Stage four is the coaching sessions which are tailored and focused on delivering positive change and results. These are measured in terms of the business need and the coachee’s specific requirements.
