In any encounter within the workplace, an individual’s perception is reality. This is to say, what really matters is how the individual interprets the encounter. Our programme sheds light on the complex processes involved in the formation of those perceptions. In particular, it helps managers and leaders understand how people react to events, and how they rationalise these experiences after they occur. In terms of developing high performance teams, the consequences can be profound.
